Founded in 1890 by Colonel John Coolidge, father of President Calvin Coolidge, Plymouth is the second oldest cheese factory in the United States. We are located in Plymouth, VT

Our third generation farm is famous for its excellent waxed cheeses and pure maple syrup made right the 500 acre farm and is located on a scenic road outside Woodstock, VT

Award-winning Crowley Cheese Company has been made in the Green Mountains of Vermont from the same recipe, in the same manner, since 1824. Hand-made in Mt Holly, VT.

Cobb Hill Cheese has been handcrafting artisan cheeses, on the farm in Hartland, VT since 2000. They started out with an award winning Ascutney Mountain Cheese, then developed Caerphilly, a Welsh style cheddar suited to the rich milk from the cows.

West River  Creamery is located at Middletown Farm, which is nestled between three  mountains in Londonderry, VT.  The farm is over 200 hundred acres and  has been an operating dairy farm since 1945.

Our company began as a community effort to preserve a picturesque 18-acre dairy farm in South Woodstock, VT in 2009. Passionate residents raised money to purchase the land, buildings and equipment in hopes that it would remain a dairy farm.

We're a 250-acre farm in Westminster West, VT with 300-700 sheep, 2 Border Collies (who herd the sheep) and 8 Maremma - a beautiful white dog who protects the sheep. At the northern edge of the farm is a Cave which is home to our 2 types of sheep-milk cheese, where they live out the seasons of their lives.

Located in Pawlet, VT, and spanning the rolling hills of Vermont's Champlain Valley and reaching into Washington County, New York, our 300-acre farm was established in 1864 by a man named Consider Stebbins Bardwell. It was Vermont's first dairy coop, where small farmers in the area brought their milk and they sold it as far as NYC.

The Grafton Cooperative Cheese Company was founded in 1892 by dairy farmers who gathered in a cooperative to make their surplus raw milk into cheese. In the days before refrigeration, this was common in the rural agricultural communities and an abundance of fresh, creamy milk was turned into a food that could be stored. Located in Grafton, VT.

Every morning, Cabot farmers get up and get to work. Every morning since 1919, when 94 families from Cabot, Vermont, formed a cooperative to ensure their livelihood. They knew that they were stronger together than they were apart. Cabot is one of the most recognized brands of cheese from Vermont.

Spring Brook Farm is a traditional dairy farm located in Reading, Vermont. It covers 1,000 acres and is home not only to our herd of 100  registered Jersey cows but also to the Spring Brook Farm Cheese  operation. Our purpose is to build and support a community that embraces  the land that sustains us,

The Cellars at Jasper Hill Farm is an innovative 22,000 sqf underground facility located in Greensboro, VT. The Cellars were  constructed for the purpose of providing affinage (aging expertise), as well as distribution and marketing services for local cheese makers. Each cheese in our collection  is made from a single herd of cows.
