Cobb Hill Cheese has been handcrafting artisan cheeses, on the farm in Hartland, VT since 2000. They started out with an award winning Ascutney Mountain Cheese, then developed Caerphilly, a Welsh style cheddar suited to the rich milk from the cows.
West River Creamery is located at Middletown Farm, which is nestled between three mountains in Londonderry, VT. The farm is over 200 hundred acres and has been an operating dairy farm since 1945.
Our company began as a community effort to preserve a picturesque 18-acre dairy farm in South Woodstock, VT in 2009. Passionate residents raised money to purchase the land, buildings and equipment in hopes that it would remain a dairy farm.

The Grafton Cooperative Cheese Company was founded in 1892 by dairy farmers who gathered in a cooperative to make their surplus raw milk into cheese. In the days before refrigeration, this was common in the rural agricultural communities and an abundance of fresh, creamy milk was turned into a food that could be stored. Located in Grafton, VT.
Every morning, Cabot farmers get up and get to work. Every morning since 1919, when 94 families from Cabot, Vermont, formed a cooperative to ensure their livelihood. They knew that they were stronger together than they were apart. Cabot is one of the most recognized brands of cheese from Vermont.

The Cellars at Jasper Hill Farm is an innovative 22,000 sqf underground facility located in Greensboro, VT. The Cellars were constructed for the purpose of providing affinage (aging expertise), as well as distribution and marketing services for local cheese makers. Each cheese in our collection is made from a single herd of cows.
